Objavljen poziv "Obnova javne kulturne infrastrukture"

Ministarstvo regionalnoga razvoja i fondova Europske unije objavilo je novi otvoreni trajni Poziv na dostavu projektnih prijedloga “Obnova javne kulturne infrastrukture”.

Pozivom se dodjeljuju bespovratna sredstva Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj (EFRR), a provodi se u okviru Programa konkurentnost i kohezija 2021.-2027. (PKK).

Predmet Poziva su ulaganja u unapređenje (obnovu) javne kulturne infrastrukture, a njegova je svrha povećanje pristupačnosti i sudjelovanja u kulturnom životu svih građana, osobito pripadnika ranjivih skupina i stvaranje preduvjeta za razvoj inovativnih usluga u kulturi.

Prihvatljivi prijavitelji su ustanove u kulturi, u skladu sa Zakonom o kulturnim vijećima i financiranju javnih potreba u kulturi (NN 83/22), te jedinice lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave.

Ukupna bespovratna sredstva koja se mogu dodijeliti u okviru Poziva iznose 70.000.000,00 EUR.

Najviši iznos bespovratnih sredstava koji se može dodijeliti po pojedinačnom projektnom prijedlogu iznosi 6.000.000,00 EUR, a najniži 200.000,00 EUR. Maksimalna stopa sufinanciranja prihvatljivih troškova po pojedinačnom projektnom prijedlogu iznosi 85 %.

Prihvatljive aktivnosti su: priprema studijske i projektno-tehničke dokumentacije (analize, studije, elaborati, rješenja, projekti, troškovnici, izvješća i sl.); obnova i/ili opremanje zgrada javne kulturne infrastrukture; upravljanje projektom i administracija; promidžba i vidljivost projekta.

Rok za podnošenje projektne prijave je od 1. veljače 2024. od 9:00 sati do 31. prosinca 2024. do 12:00 sati.
