Objavljen Poziv za izradu strategija zelene urbane obnove

Za izradu strategija zelene urbane obnove u okviru inicijative 6. NPOO-a , reforme C6.1. R5 „Uvođenje novog modela strategija zelene urbane obnove i provedba pilot projekta razvoja zelene infrastrukture i kružnog gospodarenja prostorom i zgradama“, osigurana je alokacija od 2.500.000,00 kuna

Dostava, odnosno podnošenje projektnih prijedloga u sustavu eNPOO potencijalnim prijaviteljima dozvoljena od 31. listopada 2022. godine u 9:00 sati. Krajnji rok za podnošenje projektnih prijedloga je 30. studenoga 2022. godine do 16:00 h.

Cilj ovog Poziva je pružiti potporu u pripremi Strategija zelene urbane obnove u svrhu poticanja razvoja zelene infrastrukture u urbanim područjima i kružnog gospodarenja prostorom i zgradama, kako bi se osigurali temelji razvoja održivog prostora s naglaskom na razvoj zelene infrastrukture i integraciju rješenja zasnovanih na prirodi, integraciju modela kružnog gospodarenja prostorom i zgradama, jačanje otpornosti na rizike i klimatske promjene te kao podrška općem održivom razvoju.

Najniži, odnosno najviši iznos bespovratnih sredstava koji se može dodijeliti za financiranje prihvatljivih troškova pojedinačnog projektnog prijedloga je kako slijedi:

a) najniži iznos 100.000,00 kuna
b) najviši iznos 250.000,00 kuna

Prihvatljive aktivnosti su: izrada strategija zelene urbane obnove, upravljanje projektom i administracija te promidžba i vidljivost projekta. Stopa sufinanciranja prihvatljivih troškova iznosi 100%.

Prihvatljivi prijavitelji u sklopu ovog Poziva su jedinice lokalne samouprave i Grad Zagreb. Projektni prijedlozi koji se odnose na područja u kojemu je proglašena prirodna nepogoda zbog potresa imat će prednost prilikom odabira.
